Current unit: Literary Analysis (Tuck Everlasting)
During this unit, students will learn how to analyze literature by learning about figurative language, making inferences, how authors develop characters and the theme of a text.

Independent Reading - HomeworkStudents are required to read a book at home for 30 minutes per evening. This book should be a book he/she enjoys reading. All students will be required to talk and write about their book during class. Each student will be expected to complete projects on his/her independent reading book.
